Fawn Mckay
Fawn McKay was born 15 September 1915, in Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, born into the Mormon Church's First Family used her literary talent and research abilities to create the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945, under the name"No Man is a Master of My History, she used both. The name was taken from the sermon title that Joseph Smith delivered in 1844. In the sermon, he shocked his hearers with the statement: You are not my friend and you have never heard my voice. No one knows about my past. It's impossible for me to reveal it. Fawn wrote the 29-year-old Fawn. From that point the three authors have risen to the task. Certain writers have deified and even abused him, while others have attempted to diagnose the cause. The problem isn't that there aren't enough documents however they're wildly divergent. The task is to sort out personal testimony from third party inconsistencies and integrating Mormon-related narratives into a coherent historical facts. I find it both fascinating as well as eye-opening. Such was the task to which Fawn Brodie devoted herself professionally. Thaddeus Steves became a global fame due to the research she conducted and her writing. "The Devil's Road" (1959) The Scourge of South. Thomas Jefferson. A personal biography of Richard Nixon (1974) as and posthumously Richard Nixon.
