Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. She grew up with big dreams. Her best roles include the action spy film Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol, and the thriller Precious. At the age of a girl Paula Patton grew up in a Los Angeles middle-class household. Her mother was a film enthusiast and encouraged her to love movies as a young person. Paula enjoyed participating in school co-curricular activities and drama was her favorite. Paula was a fantastic actor and loved performing with her friends. She performed in numerous high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to take up acting as a profession. As a student in a summer camp at the University of Southern California, she had a blast there. The program offered her a three-month contract to produce documentaries on PBS. She started as a production assist for TV documentaries, after completing her assignment. Then she moved on to producing documentaries. While she was awed by what she did however, she always wanted the role of an actress. She launched her acting career with a small role in Will Smith's romantic comedy Hitch. Since then she's appeared in numerous movies and shows.
